Fantastic Service from Royal Mail
Well Done Royal Mail!
Royal Mail get slated quite a lot but credit where credit is due. The vast majority of our orders are sent via Royal Mail using their 24 hour service (like 1st class but the business equivalent) and the delivery rate is quite good at around 95% being delivered next day. But we also offer Special Delivery to customers who need their goods guaranteed next day. In the past 12 months we have sent 756 special deliveries and all but one has arrived on time. The one that was late was because of a pile up on the motorway causing a huge traffic jam so not their fault really. Well done Royal Mail!
Special Delivery is available on all our products and prices start from £7.95 for delivery before 1:00pm.
Christmas Trading Times

A Few Site Enhancements
Firstly a huge thanks to all the customers that have supported us since we went live in June. It really is appreciated 🙂
We have been busy adding a few new bit to the site to make it a but easier to navigate. As our range is growing (daily) it's sometimes difficult to track down the exact item you need. So we have added a nifty filter on the shop page with some drop down menus. You can filter by most attributes like manufacturer, model, brand, amperage voltage or a combination of them to filter down to the exact item you are after.
Two other things we have added are a saved list and a product comparison feature. The saved list will allow you to add your favourite items that you buy regular or items that you may want to save for viewing later to a list. Every product will now have a link saying save this item.
The product comparison will allow you to add several items to a list and compare the item specifics in a row. This can make it easier to get the right product. Every product will now have a link to add to the compare list.
Both the saved list and item compare feature can be accessed from the links next to the search bar.
New Site Up and Running, Finally!
Phew, took a bit longer than we thought to get things up and running but the site is now finally live and able to take orders!
There's still more work to be done, lots more stock to be added, new ranges and a bit more housekeeping to make everything run smoothly but we now have a fully functioning e-commerce site.
Credit cards are all processed without leaving the site but if you still want to ring your order through then we're cool with that too.

New Site Coming Soon!
As you can see the new site is coming along and we are adding some new features. Unfortunately it won't be live until the middle of May as there is still a lot of work to do but it will be worth the wait 🙂
