Delivery Options During the Coronavirus Pandemic

Owing to the coronavirus situation we have had to temporarily change our delivery options. This is because Royal Mail & UPS (our main providers) cannot guarantee their regular service due to staff shortages from illness and people self isolating.

We are pleased to let you know that we are now offering a Next Day service again as of the 1st June 2020 and from 4th June 2020 we will be offering a Saturday delivery. Unfortunately as yet we can’t offer any guaranteed time for deliveries but most items have been arriving before 2pm.

We will still continue to offer three service options as outlined below:

Free Postage – Your item will be posted the same day if ordered before 2:30pm (Monday-Friday). Orders sent via this option are taking on average 3-4 days to arrive.

Next Day Delivery – Your item will be posted the same day if ordered by 2:30pm (Monday-Friday). The expected delivery date will be shown in the drop down menu and will also show on your order confirmation and invoice.

Saturday Delivery – Your item will be posted the same day if ordered by Friday 2:30pm. The expected delivery date will be shown in the drop down menu and will also show on your order confirmation and invoice.

Some premises such as schools, colleges, universities and business addresses maybe exempt from a Saturday delivery. We have no way of knowing this so please check before ordering as it cannot be refunded if the addressee has told Royal Mail previously to not deliver on Saturday.

We cannot call or text prior to delivery. Deliveries are not made by Willrose Electrical Ltd, they are made by an external delivery company (Royal Mail, UPS etc) and as such we cannot request they ‘call before delivery’.

Royal Mail may text/email you (if we have your details) with a tracking number. The emails state the service is ‘By 1PM’. Please note that is the Trademarked name of Royal Mails service. Deliveries will be next day but NOT but not by a specific time whilst the service is degraded due to Covid.
