‘The Company’ shall at all times refer to Willrose Electrical Limited. These Terms and Conditions are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to buyers. Nothing in these Conditions shall prejudice the statutory rights of a consumer who shall be bound by these Conditions only insofar as they are consistent with such statutory rights.

Governing Law
These Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law.

Severability
In the event that any provisions of these Conditions shall be held unenforceable for any reason, the remaining Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Products
Please note that the Company does not offer advice and information on the installation of electrical equipment. You should always consult a qualified electrician before installing such equipment. All our products are sold as used unless otherwise stated. Used items may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but are fully operational and function as intended but may be missing fixings or screws. Items that are advertised as new may or may not be in the original manufacturers packaging depending where they have been sourced. Items advertised as new may have been previously owned but never used and as such come with no manufacturers guarantee or warranty.

Pictures of the items for sale are only for illustration and may not be an exact representation of the item you receive but will be suitable.

Limitation of Liability
Goods are believed to be correctly described but all goods are sold with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. The Company and its agents and servants shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by the purchaser in connection with the described condition of purchased goods. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by the purchaser whatsoever.

Pricing Policy
All prices are given in Pounds Sterling (GBP) only. The Company does not sell its products in any other currency.
All prices quoted are correct at time of publishing but due to circumstances beyond our control these may change, including the rate of VAT if applicable.

VAT
VAT will be shown separately on your invoice and will be charged at the current rate of 20%

Payment Terms
Our online shop accepts payment by credit or debit card which are processed by PayPal or Stripe or you can use a standard PayPal account if you have one. We don't accept cash, cheques, bank transfers. We don't do pro-forma invoices.

Secure Payments
Payments made via our online site are automatically encrypted and completely secure. We do not store credit card details.

Deliveries
It is Company policy to dispatch all goods ordered before 2:30pm the same day, Monday to Friday. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or a private courier at our discretion. The Company accepts no liability for any incidental expenses caused by late or failed deliveries.

Next day delivery is available for most areas of the UK but some areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands may take 48 hours to deliver. Next day and Saturday deliveries will require signing for and as such cannot be left in a ‘Safe Place'. Orders received after 2:30pm Monday to Friday, weekends or bank holidays won't be dispatched until the next working day.

Saturday deliveries will be made by Royal Mail. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they have a postal service with Royal Mail for Saturday deliveries. Some premises such as schools, colleges, universities and business addresses maybe exempt from a Saturday delivery and will be held over until the next working day.

Next day and Saturday delivery is an optional extra at checkout and is not refundable if orders are returned or the delivery company is unable to obtain a signature.

We cannot telephone or text prior to delivery. Deliveries are not made by Willrose Electrical Ltd, they are made by an external delivery company (Royal Mail, UPS etc) and as such we cannot request they ‘call before delivery'.

Deliveries are only available to the UK, we do not supply or deliver to the Channel Islands or Europe.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Any damage or faulty items should be reported to our Sales Department within seven days. The Company will issue a full refund to the purchaser via the original method of payment. We reserve the right to collect faulty goods with our own courier or we will reimburse the purchaser if they return items at their expense. No returns will be accepted without notifying the Company first.

Order shortages
The purchaser should report any shortage within three working days, via phone or email to our Sales Department. We will endeavour to correct any shortages within the quickest possible time.

Right to Cancel
As part of the Distance Selling Regulations, online purchasers have the right to cancel their order within fourteen working days. Cancelled orders must have written authorisation from the Company and the goods must be returned in the original packaging. Return carriage will be at the customer’s own expense. Original carriage charges will not be refunded. This does not affect a customer’s statutory rights in relation to the purchased goods.

Data Protection
The Data Protection Act governs the use of customer data. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are also bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

Complaints
All complaints should be addressed via phone or writing to the Company. We will endeavour to address complaints as quickly as possible.

Disclaimer
The Company cannot be held responsible for product descriptions and photographs uploaded to the internet. Prices are correct at the time of publishing but may be subject to change at short notice. Customers will be informed of any price changes and have the right to cancel their order accordingly. Written acknowledgements of orders do not constitute a legally binding contract. This disclaimer does not affect a customer’s statutory rights.

Returns Policy
We permit returns of products ordered in error, providing you notify us of within sixty days. Carriage for goods ordered in error will be at the purchaser’s expense and we recommend goods be returned to us on a signed-for service. All returns must be authorised via email to our Sales Department. Any carriage charges or upgraded delivery costs from the original sale will not be refunded.
