How can I check stock levels?
Every item on our site will show the quantity of stock available. It’s updated every 15 minutes. If it says in stock then yes it’s in stock!
Do you ship internationally ?
Yes. We can send most items internationally. Options and prices will be displayed at the checkout page.
What Payment Options are Available ?
We accept all major credit/debit cards or you can use a PayPal account if you have one. We don’t offer credit facilities, bank transfers or pro-forma invoicing.

How long will it take to get my package ?
All orders received by 3:00pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Most items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class post and will take 1-2 working days. Larger heavier items are sent via courier so may take 2-3 working days.
If you need your order urgently we offer a Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1:00pm Next Day on all items. Prices will be shown at checkout but start from £6.95

We offer free postage on all items. Most items are sent via Royal Mail First Class post. Larger items will go via courier.

Do you provide any warranty ?
We offer a 60 day return policy on all our products.
Do you have replacement guarantee ?
Should you receive an item that is faulty we will replace it free if stock is available. Otherwise a refund will be offered upon receipt of the faulty item.
Do you test your products ?
All used items are fully tested and inspected. All residual devices (RCD’s & RCBO’s) are tested for disconnection times to make sure they comply with the latest BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
Can I Collect My Order ?
Yes but we are primarily an online company so please contact us beforehand.
