How do I place my Order?

All orders have to be placed on our website. We don't accept orders over the phone or by email.

Can I get my Item Next Day?

Yes. An option for Next Day delivery is available at the checkout if you order before 2:30pm Monday – Friday.

Will I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. A VAT invoice will be emailed once you have placed your order. A copy will also be sent with your order.

You can also download a copy from your account page (if you created an account).

How can I check stock levels?

Every item on our site will show the quantity of stock available. It's updated every 15 minutes. If it says in stock then yes it's in stock!

The Item I want is out of Stock. Can I Back Order it?

No. Most of the items we sell are discontinued and obsolete or purchased as surplus so supply is limited. Some items are sourced regularly, some may take months to be re-stocked.

Do you ship internationally?

No, our products are only available for sale in the UK.

What Payment Options are Available?

We accept all major credit/debit cards or you can use a PayPal account if you have one. We don't offer credit facilities, bank transfers or pro-forma invoicing.

Can I get a credit account?

Sorry, we don't offer credit facilities. All our stock is available for purchase online with a debit/credit card or Paypal.

Do you buy used circuit breakers?

Yes we do. Please see our ‘Sell Your Stock‘ page for details.

How do I track my order?

You can see the progress of your order from your account or by entering your details at the Track Your Order page.

How can I cancel or change my order?

All orders are dispatched by 2:30pm so please email sales@willrose-electrical.co.uk or use the contact page as soon as possible.

How can I return a product?

Please email sales@willrose-electrical.co.uk quoting your order number (found on your invoice or your email confirmation) and the reason for the return. Items outside the warranty period (60 days) won't be accepted for return.

How long will it take to get my package?

All orders received by 2:30pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Most items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and will take 2-3 working days.  Larger heavier items are sent via courier so may take 2-3 working days.

If you need your order urgently we offer a Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1:00pm Next Day on all items. Prices will be shown at checkout but start from £7.95

What Shipping methods are available?

We offer free postage on all items. Most items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger items will go via courier.

Alternatively, if your order is urgent, we can send via Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1:00pm Next Day. Prices will be shown during checkout.

Do you provide any warranty?

We offer a 60 day return policy on all our products.

Do you have replacement guarantee?

Should you receive an item that is faulty we will replace it free if stock is available. Otherwise a refund will be offered upon receipt of the faulty item.

Do you test your products?

All used items are fully tested and inspected. All residual devices (RCD's & RCBO's) are tested for disconnection times to make sure they comply with the latest BS7671 Wiring Regulations.

Can I Collect My Order?

No. We are an online company. All orders need to be placed on the website and will be dispatched by us.

Can a Courier Collect My Order?

No. All orders need to be placed on the website and can only be sent via one of our courier or postal services.

Can you Give me a Quote?

No. All prices are as per the website and include vat & free delivery.
